2024 Preferred Stock Repurchase

On July 22, 2024, Mendel completed a repurchase of preferred shares from certain of its preferred stockholders (the "Repurchase").  The company is required by the IRS to make available a copy of Form 8937 to each of its shareholders in connection with the Repurchase.  The company recommends that you consult with your tax advisor to determine whether you have any tax or reporting obligations relating to the Repurchase.
